Service Description
An in depth information gathering and preventative appointment which includes a full medical history review, oral cancer screening, risk assessment, full mouth set dental of photographs and radiographs, full mouth charting of existing restorations, gum health and areas of suspicion, referral to an area dentist as needed and initial guided biofilm management therapy. $250

Please note while we understand emergencies happen, if a cancellation must occur there will be a deposit required at the discretion of Searsmont Oral Wellness Center prior to scheduling future appointments.
