Initial Visit
Your initial visit includes but is not limited to an in depth medical history review, full mouth set of x-rays, oral/systemic risk assessment, an oral, head and neck cancer screening, intra oral and extra oral photo series, complete oral charting of what dental work has been done in the past and areas of suspicion today, referral to an area dentist as needed, full mouth periodontal assessment, personalized oral hygiene instruction and home care recommendations, initial biofilm therapy and a personalized plan on getting you on the right path for YOU.
